K & B will be bringing in crushed limestone 221AA and more Chloride for the roads. K & B will also bring in his motor grader to bring in stone from the edges of the roads and evenly distribute this. Steven Purchiaroni has graciously offered to fill the Roads Committe seat. We thank Charlie Caruana for his decades of work on our roads and sevice to his neighbors.

ATTENTION: Road Maintenance Issue

posted Jun 30, 2015, 3:19 PM by Arnold Neitzke

Attention: Our contractors are telling the board that they can not do the work we hired them to do, with the trees, bushes and other items placed in or near the roads.

Please trim, cut and remove any trees, bushes and or objects that prevent them from doing this important maintenance work.

Thank you.

Road Maintenance

posted Mar 11, 2015, 3:19 PM by Arnold Neitzke

Now that the weather has turned from brutal cold to warmer temperatures, the roads are going to go through a turn for the worse.

The cold is not out of the roads quit yet and grading is not going to be possible for awhile.  We are going to be bringing in gravel and try to keep the potholes filled as best can be done under these conditions.

It does help to slow down so that the splashing of the potholes do not make them grow.

Thank you for your patience during this weather transition.
