Welcome to Island and Fonda Lake Association

Island and Fonda Lake neighborhood has about 220 homes on 5 miles of road that was developed in 1927. Island and Fonda lakes are both an all sports lake and a great place to make friends. Neighborhood assets include several easements and a boat launch on both Lakes, as well as a swimming beach on Island Lake for residents only.

The school system is the Brighton area school district with school bus stops throughout the neighborhood. Green Oak Township governs the subdivision and should be contacted for any questions regarding the land use and improvement requirements.

The neighborhood is close to two major freeways with easy access and is close to shopping with Green Oak Village shopping mall right in our backyard.

Island State Park also borders the subdivision on the south end as well as covers the south and east side of Island lake with foot and bike access to the park from our roads.
