Welcome to Island and Fonda Lake Association

Island and Fonda Lake neighborhood has about 220 homes on 5 miles of roads that was developed in 1927.  Island and Fonda lakes are both an all sports lake and a great place to make friends.  Neighborhood assets include several easements and a boat launch on both Lakes, as well as a swimming beach on Island Lake for residents only.

The school system is the Brighton area school district with school bus stop throughout the neighborhood.  Green Oak township governs this subdivision and should be contacted for any questions reguarding the land use and improvement requirements.

The neighborhood is close to two major freeways with easy access and is close to shopping having Green Oak Village shopping mall right in our backyard.

Island State Park also border the subdivision on the south end as well as covers the south and east side of Island lake with foot and bike access to the park from our roads.
